BoB, TCS, Tax deductions, Benefits

I'm new to TCS, and my current package is 10LPA. My BoB was set by default, and I'd like to change to one with fewer tax deductions. Currently, my deductions are around 10K per month(includes pf and taxes) .

Could someone please advise me on how to lower my tax deductions based on their knowledge of BoB define from our end?

You can modify the Food card and Telecommunications Card allowances. Food card can be maximum upto 3000 and Telecommunications Card can be 2000. This way you'll reduce 60K annually if you go with the old tax regime.
