
Blunder!!
Last year, I received a 30-lakh offer from CTS. Management consoled me with the counter-offer of promoting C3A to C3B and L1A. I revoked my resignation because I thought this was a good counter offer (I received advice from a lot of people, and they all agreed). The promotion was started in January and is currently in the corporate HR queue. L1A also started, but as usual, global mobility playing game returned my application to me too frequently. It is at the same stage as well. No progress. I now believe that I made a mistake. What do you say?

I'm in same boat like you .16 years waiting for promotion ( pending with corporate HR) and was in UK for 5 years . So better try the UK region project. Visa won't get rejected.

When it initiated? How long been with corporate HR? UK visa also going to get some restrictions as we can’t take your dependents. Moreover how they will rls me from my current project? No chances

For me they were initiated last September. You can take your dependents with you on ICT visa . No doubt about that . Only restrictions for all other visa route like students , care taker etc for those categories dependents are not allowed.

Is c3b promotion initiated in January?..my manager told me the cycle is every October and April only..

Yes it is. But don't loose your hope. Again,start searching for a onsite job.

Better ask for promtion and non US project
