Blocking people on Grapevine

Why do you want to block someone ? Someone did anything wrong?

You will not be able to see their posts in the new post section and I'm assuming they won't be able to see my posts as well. However, the block feature doesn't work properly because even if you have blocked them sometimes you can still see their post in the popular section
