Trending @Infosys; Blocked from mapping to projects

In my last quarter, My manager of CIS unit intentionally gave me NI rating because I cleared Bridge program. Now in March month, My PIP is initiated and I have got blocked from mapping to projects. This block can be removed only if some manager from my current DNA unit agrees to take me in his project and accepts my PIP. Can anyone help me here? I am on bench and currently in Analytics unit under DNA.
