Blackrock vs Wells Fargo

BR- role is collateral management, basically what ive been doing at my current job for 7months now. This role will require me moving to Gurgaon which is about 25+% more expensive than where i am currently based

WF- role is regulatory reporting, basically basel norms and filing out sec and other regulatory form for WF. This role is in the same city i am currently in.

Paywise theyre both similar with blackrock payling a tad bit more.

Which one do you guys think i should go for? Passion wise im not excited for either but my main concern is how future proof is my role gonna be and which company is gonna propel me farther if i switch 2 years down the line

Go for BlackRock, leading top investment firm and will have promising career and learning curve. WF more of modernization engagement and legacy systems less agility and challenging role. From BR, next switch will get better hike. Btw what is that they have offered you ?
