BlackRock VS Goldman Sachs

Hi,

I am a Technology Assciate with 4 years of experience. I have offers from both Blackrock and Goldman Sachs with similar job role, and am yet to receive official offer letter and comp numbers.

Any views or insights on which firm will pay better and in general which firm should I choose if the pay is almost same? Where can I expect to have good culture, long term career growth and good appraisals?
