I am a Technology Assciate with 4 years of experience. I have offers from both Blackrock and Goldman Sachs with similar job role, and am yet to receive official offer letter and comp numbers.
Any views or insights on which firm will pay better and in general which firm should I choose if the pay is almost same? Where can I expect to have good culture, long term career growth and good appraisals?
Blackrock has less pretty girls... GS has more hookup and extramarital affairs culture...
It means BlackRock has beter tech and culture in short. Btw all pretty girls are in witch companies I guess
