Bizarre piece of corporate wisdom

Received feedback that I should operate with "founder energy" instead of asking for weekends off.

Reason? Apparently, we deliver groceries in 10 minutes so our work shouldn't pause for weekends. Had they specified this in the first round itself, I would have politely excused myself. But no, they had to tell this during my appraisal.

I'm already burnt out and when I mentioned my displeasure, they ridiculously asked me to optimize my sleep cycle. They'll try to arrange free dinners so I don't waste time cooking. So what now, am I supposed to just live at the office?
