Is it worth it to join the Bits PG program specializations mentioned VLSI,AI,ML and data science what are the pros & cons if join If anyone has already joined can you please share your feedback. Thanks in advance.
It depends on your age your interest your patience. If you are in early stage and your current domain not doing well and you want to switch then it may help but again it will eat couple of years but it's worth in long term.where as you are 10+ exp and married with kid like me in late 30s it's tough with responsibility. I did my mtech in vlsi from tirr-2 3 college honestly just for degree but no other use. So as it's bits Pilani pg you can consider and have a thoughtful plan how it is going to help for your future. No use just for sake of degree. If you are interested in vlsi and want to switch to core it will help . Ai and ml yes as it's still in early stage. Data science maybe because we have many other options outside like great learning upgrad many did it and transitioned
