Biryani Types
Hey viners, would like to know your strong opinions on this :
Is Veg Biryani and Paneer Biryani considered a biryani ? If nonveg biryani is the only biryani why restaurants like Meghanas sell Veg Biryani, Panneer biryani etc.

Veg biryani too is biryani provided it is made in the similar manner as non-veg biryani.
Biryani is after all a dish, and by changing 1-2 ingredients, and by keeping the cooking methodology same, the essence of it being a dish remains the same.

There are neighborhood gully cricket matches usually going on between Team B and Team P. One insecure kid who thinks he's the most disciplined arrives late for the match and badly wants to play it just to feel included. But both teams are usually already full. So they make the kid a "Joker" and allow it to play for both Team B and Team P. The kid is now happy, but wants to play only for Team B. But its friends and the neighbourhood still have doubts on whether it really fits into Team B for the kind of players it has. The kid didn't know it will forever be a Joker, in literal sense.
