Suggest you go to agonda area of goa and speak to the surf instructors there. There's 0 airtel network and nobody can bug you.

It is like 9hrs from Bangalore, bus ya train option available hai. You might have to check that. And there are beautiful trails abd treks which lead to different beaches and cliffs. Definitely check those out.
