We don't have a specific "birthday leave" policy. You can use casual or earned leave for your birthday, just get it approved by your manager.

Yes, you can take leave on your birthday. It's called Optional or Floating leave. In timesheet, choose Other approved leave. This policy was introduced roughly 1.5 years ago.
