How I will know that I am a billable resource. I am using chargeable WBSE still my manager tells me I am a non billable resource and the client is not paying for me.

A charge code is of two type, billable and non billable, yours must be non billable. Ask your manager to give you billable charge code

In myte i can see chargeability as 100%. But my manager is saying that from the client side they haven't given me a billable role till now( i joined the project 2 months back)

If you have access to MME (Accenture internal financial tool) then you can check whether it's a Billable or Non-Billable charge code
