Billable or Non bailable
Hello, I have been working for my client for the past 3-4 months ,but I am working as an investment resource so I'm not bailable but I don't know how to check if I'm billable or non billable .. because I want to know if they sent my bill or not ... Any procedure?
Someone told me if you fill timesheet under a WON (starting with 2), you are billable, irrespective of whether you fill it as "billable" or "non billable".
But if it is SWON (not sure what number it starts, mostly 1), you are definitely non billable. I guess people in GHD or IS team (amongst many others) may be falling under this.

If ur filling ur time sheet billable then ur T&M billable You are billed per hour
Many are billed on monthly basis, client will x amount only Now tcs has to decide how many employees they need to put in the project to make it work its tcs headache not client Generally these people bill non billable
So any salary difference between billable or non billable??

Avg salary of non billable is 21-22k and for billable is it the same ?
There are different kinds of contracts on which the clients pay to tcs. Mostly the development projects will be billable means its contract is based on time and material whatever hours you take for the work it will be multiplied with the standard rate in dollars and the client will pay to you. Usually billable hours in timesheet are just used to verify their billing hour with clients and to show in their reports. Support projects and DevOps projects will be fixed, suppose x amount will be given to tcs for the contract tenure and fixed things will be delivered likewise 20 problem fixes and 24by7 support.
