Bike theft in Lucknow location and TCS said they are not responsible!!!!
One of the employ use to go to office with bike and park the bike in the office premises, one day he parked at the usual place where he used to park his bike!!! when he returned to go back home the bike was missing and even he told guards to search for his bike they also couldn’t found it then he reached out to Security head of the location he also confirmed the bike has stolen and response he told that TCS is not responsible for the theft the only thing TCS can do is raise a security incident that’s it!!!! I mean wtf bro, even now vehicles are not safe to park in the office premise also. He asked to give some compensation for the bike but TCS denied. They are just using us as a corporate slave that’s it even if anything happens to any employe the company is not responsible. Hats off to TCS 🫡
File one FIR , and include every detail in it , also add the admin and all other individual responsible for parking management. Let’s see hopefully that works out in his favour

Try one thing , keep on escalating the issue if no resolution is there till global level heads , that will genuinely create a pressure as I’m quiet sure it’s not easy to afford a bike nowadays and loosing it is even worse. Wishing you luck
Same thing happened with me. Working at TCS Garimapark and 7 of our bikes (including mine) were damaged by street dogs. They just chewed entire seats and damaged tires. The administration said maximum they can do is raise an incident vehicle parking is at owner’s risk. I was really disappointed as my bike was just 1 month old and this mandatory work from office resulted in an ultimate loss for me.
