It is. Direct + Indirect both are scams. I'm fighting back. Taking income in sole prop and show max expenses, IT cell can have Sherlock and L (from death note) investigating on me and they can't find shit. By the time my income scales over 1Cr annually, I'll be a tax resident of UAE.

Any CA can guide you with how Sole Proprietorship income, expenses and taxes work but first you've to find an employer who is ready to keep you as a contractor and not as an employee so that you can accept income in a current account instead of a savings account.
