Big4(PWC,EY,KPMG,Deloitte)layoffs

Very rarely, but KPMG does layoff. But the layoffs are done based on certain conditions. They'd probably keep people on bench for 8-9 months before laying off.

True! Deloitte has layoffs this year. Those were silent lay offs. They will keep resource on bench for several months before laying off
