A certain level of work pressure and professionalism is expected in corporate. It is not a government job afterall.
But if it goes beyond one’s capacity, one should be willing to change companies.

It depend on domain and manager, i see one company having 2 star but offer great work life balance ...and one company having 4+ and having super toxic environment., just because of domain and manager and also collegues

Can someone refer me , I have overall 2.9 yoe as java backend developer currently working in HCL tech

Can I go to Big4 or looking for another offers
