Guys please help me choose this. Got selected for a role in Big 4. Uploaded documents on their portal, BGV is done. But no idea about the offer letter. Been waiting for over one month. Every time I ask, they say I will get it in one week, but nothing happens. They keep on postponing it.
I also have another offer from Witch company. They want me to join this week. I’m in a real dilemma. What to do in this case?

Communicate same thing to big4 HR that you are in this situation.

I told them. Yet all I am hearing from them is “you’ll get an offer soon". but nothing else is happening actually.
