Big Switch!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I have been working in IT for 5+ years and I have been working in Infosys for the last 4+ years in the AEM field. I have experience related to UI and I have been working in the backend for the last 7-8 months. And now if I want to switch then will I get any referral and how much salary can I ask for, right now my salary is around 6 LPA. Please suggest anything and if any referral you have then also please comment.
