Big Salary difference
I have 4.3 years of experience and am getting 11 lakhs.
My friend with the same experience got an offer in this company with a package of 18 lakhs. He was getting around 13 lakhs in the previous company.
Why can't they give the same package to existing employee?
Hahaa, 12 years of experience and till now 11LPA, because I am loyal employee to TCS and TCS never gives package to loyal employee, I am here from Last 5 years, got 1 promotion, currently C3A now. And not only me, many people in my project has same situation. All the new joiners are getting much better than seniors. My recommendation is you should not compare it any one. Do you know, one of candidate joined in my team who has package greater than my delivery head who is C5 and reaching to retirement. So it's industry trends. You must be thought that why i am still here with such a low package. It's because of my family things which currently not allowing me to move on . So i am not in a situation to switch. That's all
