Big Girl Job now has to do layoff and PIPs
About two weeks ago I had posted having head of depts report to me. But now the performance reports aren't looking good, and hence the inevitable has to be done
I know it is not personal, but it feels really wrong even talking about it

It's not wrong. Bad apples inevitably end up in companies. Need to be weeded out occasionally, otherwise they spoil things for the rest of the company too.

Layoff in this order - the ones who bad mouth you, the useless ones, tictokers/influenzas, iphone users, rainbow people except the gay dudes. Applicable in a diverse range of scenarios like killing during the purge, zombie apocalypse, Thanos snap order etc. etc.
