Big Girl Job! Handling a team of dept heads, little me is so proud

I have handled teams within my department before But for first time have diff departments report to me

A small startup so not many people but still it is big thing

The mixed feeling of nervousness (but you have to act all bossy) and excitement of what lies ahead
