Big business inside TCS

Hi Grapes.. As TCS is giving less salary so I am doing side business using TCS sponsored Udemy.So what I'm doing is I'm setting Udemy in my friend's phone using my TCS acess and charging them a huge amount. You can check also there is no threat from them because it's a third party portal only. Still I'm asking is there anything wrong which may lead security incident for me?
