big 4 vs Nasdaq

Could anyone share their thoughts on transitioning from a Big 4 firm to Nasdaq? The role at Nasdaq is significantly better than my current position at the Big 4, but I have concerns about job security and long-term stability. How does Nasdaq compare in terms of reliability versus a Big 4 firm? please share honest feedback
