Big 4 or Mid scale - SAP Consultant

Currently I am working in support project as SAP Consultant with zero implementation experience. I am planning to switch from TCS.

I have an offer from BIG 4 with 100 percent hike and also expecting an offer from one mid scale company.

Here my confusion is which company I should go with

Pros

In Big 4 - Consultant role, preferred base location ( probably WFH) and good package

In Mid scale - expertise in my sap domain,Consultant role, Will gain implementation skills (shadow resource), WFH and No idea about package.

Cons

In Big 4 - while connecting with people working there , I came to know that I will deployed in implementation project and have to work alone, senior will be there but wont get the help on time. Also I afraid what if i cant manage things. Work load, deadlines will be crazy.

In mid scale - No Job security

Currently I have accepted the offer from the BIG 4 company and waiting for final call from the Mid scale company for HR call.

Please drop your opinion/ suggestion.

If you are switching from TCS you might have got good package in Big 4 and a wfh. Even in mid scale work will be more just that it's not said loud. Choose package sincr tcs would have paid you less. You might be a good one to bag offer have faith in you and join. Some of my friends enjoy at Big 4.

Big4s have a legacy of work pressure. So unless you are really good in the job don't join. In today's IT world job security is a myth. Choose the place where you can learn and grow and be healthy.

Unless you are ready for 10-12 hours of work pressure and You are good at your skillset don't go for Big 4
