Big 4 GCC to MBB switch advice

I am in one of the Big 4 GCCs. I want to work in MBB consulting. PG from a Tier 2 college. Realistic path into this ? I have 3 year work ex in Market Research, Account Management and Deal Advisory research in the same firm. No prior experience. Have been stuck since last year
