Bhai bhot confusion hai

Hey guy I'm a project coordinator at a small IT firm basically project management wala kaam hai abhi package 2.64 LPA hai ik very low for at Btech grad but ab hai toh hai , I thought to switch to Product or APM roles but nhi ho paa rha either work ex required or any other problem. A senior IT person suggested that I should switch to a data analyst related role then switch to APM in future.

Apne vichaar rakhe please I need help, haa I have 7 months of experience.
