Hi Guys,

I got offer letter with BIG4.i have some issues in epfo portal below are the points

1. Initially I have joined in HCL as a fresher and absconded after 3 months and joined in Big MNC on that point I don't have any issues with BGV for Big MNC because of joining as a fresher.
2. Now I can see HCL marked my exit date after the 1 year and I don't have reliving letter and experience of that but in parallely Big MNC created new pf account so it's got over lapping how can I convey this now to BIG4? 3.currently I haven't showed HCL experience anywhere but thought of checking how BGV people verify my BGV now as per provided relavent MNC and HCL experience they ask or not ?? Please let me know how can I convey to the BIG4 if they asked anything on this?Thanks!!
