I joined in mnc with fake exp and got laid off in bulk layoff after woring for 2 years. After that joined another mnc and they asked pf history and shared all details. Now after working in present company(MNC) for more thand 5 years. Looking job switch now. What should i say if they see the pf service history and ask about the fake one.

Stick to the actual 5 years of experience. This will haunt you at every switch.

Im not going to keep on my resume anymore but It is showing in pf servie history and now a days company is checking epfo. What will happen if they check pf service history and ask about the company
