BGV issue at Infosys

Anyone have any idea? I cleared all interviews but at end there is 1 experience of mine for 10 months where I worked at designation (servicenow intern) (not a internship) and it was a foreign company so hr is saying since you don't have pf or form 16 we cannot consider this experience and after removing this experience i have less than 5 yoe which is not suitable for the profile I interviewed for. Anyone faced this? Any possibility to overcome this? I have experience and offer letter from that company. Hr said they will not proceed with my profile then.
