BGV Failed after 4 months of joining

I had 2 months work ex in a Associate role in a company and dropped it to pursue higher studies. I didn't mention during Application process and interview as this as it's not relevant. Now my BGV failed. I explained the situation but what can happen? Will I get fired due to violation of ethics?
