BGV Concerns for Remote Job with China-Based Company

Hi everyone, I am currently working remotely from India for a China-based company that is not registered in India. I’m working as a contractor, so I don’t receive PF, Form 16, or Indian tax documents, but I do get monthly payslips and salary credits in USD.

My concern is: Will this create any issues during future employment background verification (BGV) in India? What documents should I maintain to prove this employment?

Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
