Bgv before Joining mnc
i have worked in a small company for 1 year where only 15-20 staffs used to work and we didn't have any offer letter, appointment, pf and esic from there as i didn't receive any reliving letter.. what should i do if a company asks?

My first job was with a very small team - literally 3 people (including myself)
I still got an offer letter and made sure to get a relieving letter.
As for the other stuff, that's completely fine. Your new company will set it up for you.
For the BGV, give them the reference of your previous employers and inform your new HR that you don't have the letters. I would also call up my old HR and ask for a relieving/recommendation letter.
