One of my friend had worked in a company right after college for a month. He took the exit and got a reliving letter as well. At the time of joining Accenture he hasn't mentioned about this one month experience and now for some project requirements there is a thorough BGV happening and he now has mentioned about this experience. He has been working in Accenture for the past 3 years now. Is there anything to worry now?

If you don't mention there in cv no problem. I hope he didn't have any PF from one month company.

it can cause his background check results to reflect as critical, and if not proven or if there is no trail, he may be asked to leave the organisation
