BGC Problem

I joined TCS Off-roll, I have 10+3 Years Diploma.Other than that I have 10+ years of experience.My document got rejected even after my manager gave an exceptional case to help my profile to get selected. Still my profile got rejected. Is there anyone who can give their guidance or can help any how possible. It would be a huge favour. Please!!!
