I got to know from my super boss who is a sub ISU head that TCS will be targeting all Wings 1 and 2 qualified people for review. They will be closely and silently monitoring them, their work and their contribution to TCS. If found unsatisfactory, they will be the first one to get fired under the 2% category as they have high salaries and firing them will save a boatload of money for the organisation.
So either don't do wings and be safe or make sure your contribution to company/project/account is vital and visible to people at high places.

We have a lot of rumours going on since last week. Please speak with facts. Don't just spread rumours and create panic among people.

I'm not panicking anyone. Obviously I can't take actual names here so I'm just mentioning the designation from where the info came. Think of it as a heads up - Also I'm only suggesting people to work hard and justify their salary or else they may be sacked which is a no brainer and everyone should anyhow do it irrespective it's TCS or any other organisation.

😂😂😂 Joke of the day these are people who upgraded themselves and in high talent flag. This are the people who are hardly 5-10 % in organisation. They are performers obviously they may check performance but before they will check c and d band associates who are average performers. So rest of the people who have not upgraded your skills and just sitting with old and outdated technology will be in problem. First let them finish people on bench just warming up with out upgrading or just sitting for more than 4 months. My prediction is people with less or mid experience joined in last 4-5 years with high package and not performing will be main targets

Obviously those people with high salaries will be in the 2% bracket but my point here is that wings people are not being spared just because they cleared some interviews and got a tag of high talent. Just wait for 2 months and then you'll see wings qualified people getting pink slips.

I don't think, TCS believes in digital people rather than higher grades. As we adopted new tech easily. No one can fire digital people

Right now TCS only believes in getting profits and try won't seem to think if people are digital or now. Do you think people on bench are getting 2nd chance if they are of digital cadre. No sir, they are not giving a damn whether you are from digital or any other category.

Digital people already proved they are evolved with new technology, many of them working with niche skills

Wings qualified people will be the last group to be considered for any termination because they proved their worth by qualifying such long and tiring evaluation and still drawing less than market standards salary.

First ones to go will be those who are sitting idle for over at least six months. Second one in line is ill be those who have continuous bad bands probably C or D, even after being allocated. Third ones will be whose skill set are not in line with requirements.
