Beware of **vedika cargo packaers and movers,gurugram**

So I had to transfer my scooter from Mumbai to Bangalore.. so this person from vedika transport reached out to me saying it will cost around 3500 /-, and also said there won't be any extra charges apart from this.

once vehicle was picked and sent for transport he sent me receipt of around 6350/-, adding gst, packing charges,etc. which wasn't mentioned earlier. when I asked him why he didn't tell earlier he said only transport charges he told me.. I paid him because they had my vehicle. also they picked my vehicle from kalyan to took it to panvel by driving which is around 50km but there was difference of around 250km when i received my vehicle. they used it for their personal use.

I am thinking of registering complaint in consumer court. I have all screenshots.. will it help ?
