Trending @Accenture; Between Hexaware & Genpact
Can someone tell me how this two companies are and which one should i consider among them I have 3 years of experience at accenture hexawrae providing 15% hike or genpact offer can someone suggest what to choose both are hybrid genpact is for noida and hexaware is from pune. Both are new location for me.

Genpact has a better process compared to Hexaware. Now depends on your location preferences. If you are a North Indian go for Noida else if you know Marathi go for Pune( I am not biased by the way but the recent news have forced me to think that way). Also consider the travel time from your home town to either location.
How much of your notice is pending. If it's ending then you have no choice. Both will be the same in terms of culture. Choose any depends on you if you want to explore noida or pune.
