Trending @Accenture; Between Comfort and Courage: My Journey After Resigning Without a Plan
Took a big step today , resigned from Accenture without an offer in hand. Feeling both excited and nervous about what’s next! For anyone who’s been here before how did you handle your notice period gracefully? Any tips or mistakes to avoid would mean a lot right now

I did in the past when I didn't have an offer then I got a chance after updating my resume on naukri as an immediate joiner then receiving the opportunity of accenture, initially it's tuff time to me then all good hope will also get a chance like me and better than me 👍🏻

Also after joining from accenture I got almost 50+ calls for SAP so what actually matters is your experience should match with demanding skill and also match the notice period

Hello. I am an SAP MM functional consultant. I am currently holding offers from Infosys, Sopra Steria and LTIM. Do you have any experience in any of these companies?

Stay positive. Keep trying
Even if u don't get offer in initial 2 months then do not worry. Last month you will get lot of calls.
Now when you get interview call that time don't mention you resigned without offer letter. Just mention I have offer from another XYZ company

It will be risky stating having offer in hand bcz
- Thy won't progress you for interview for their company 💯
- Thy sometimes ask proofs.
How to handle it
Why you resigned without offer
Ans - I have gained enough knowledge and learnt a lot on the current role that I'm having and I'm confident on my skills , so I'm looking for better opportunities
Simply you can answer I'm looking for better opportunities also fine.

If you’re single not struggling financially then best thing you can do is resign and then switch. If married and partner supports and ready to support in worst situation if you didn’t get job for 1 or 2 months which will not happen, you’ll definitely get in 3 months.

Same bro I have also resigned without offer due to mental stress from my project.
