By seeing my hike I am planning to switch. Can someone let me know which all companies should I target. Other Big4 or Accenture or Banks like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley or Wells Fargo

Please suggest as per hike coz I am focused on Increasing my Salary I can manage my work life
