Better IT Company?

Hi Everybody, I am currently working at Accenture as a frontend engineer for 2 years now. I'm experiencing a very heavy work load. The CTC they are paying seems to be below market standards as well. Could anyone suggest IT companies that pay well, consider a 90 days notice period and provide better work life balance?
