I have worked for both the companies and feel Porter as an org is way better than CoinDcx.
CoinDcx has become toxic post the hack incident that happened last year.
Porter is good at AI adoption and its very fast paced.
Pressure might be a bit on the higher side but the growth opportunities are also exponential.
They pay very good wrt to market standards.

Tbf giving out Claude subscriptions doesn't really earn much brownie points for "AI Adoption"... AI focus at Porter is targeted towards reducing workforce and seldom towards any innovation...

Both have different problem statements and industry, join the one where you feel more connected towards the problem statement

Don't know about CoinDCX but I'd recommend you to avoid Porter if possible. It's not the same org it used to be a few years back. You'd be surrounded with mostly incompetent & insecure leadership in Product coupled with an extremely toxic work culture!
Sometimes people love the grind when the work is meaningful, unfortunately that's not the case at Porter anymore.
If you at a point where you are comfortable not having a personal life at all - it might work..
I heard PMs had a good WLB in platforms team and hence one of the prime considerations for joining there....is it not true?!
