Best Website for finding job openings

Naukri is a fraud site. It only shows call centre jobs to me

Stackoverflow Angel.co

Indeed, Naukri is good as they charge companies for job posts and the TA team is supposed to show the RoI.
You can try Hirect, Instahyre, LinkedIn where companies mint money for subscription.

I have been recommending this to a lot friends - current market conditions are most suitable for you to join a core/early Startup team specially the ones that are pre-series A as these are orgs that are still able to raise money and you'll have a great learning experience working with the founding team. Check microsaasdb.com or wellfound.com or similar websites to find relevant startups that you can consider.
PS: these startups won't necessarily have a careers page - reach out to the core team via LinkedIn or something.

Go to websites of companies you like and apply

LinkedIn would have been my go to choice, but nowadays I feel disgusted. Also any job will have 3k+ applications within 2 hours of posting. I don't think there are any humans left, only bot applicants
