I think it varies from person to person and the skillsets.

I am from SAP BTP background/skillset.
I got most of the opportunities from Naukri only. Product based company offers too.

Only from Naukri I had received 27,000 impressions during notice period from different HR's.
Screenshot attached for proof.

Tried referrals as well but most of the time the turnover time is too large or sometimes no one even calls.

So experiences can vary.

Can you mention your naukari profile strategy means what keywords you used and if because of the KPMG name you got more offers etc?

With 3 months notice period, you had a decent footprint

  • referrals >>>> online applications (esp. LinkedIn easy apply) > Naukri for some roles
  • follow up by finding the hiring manager in LinkedIn, use one of those tools to guess their email address, and send a cold intro
  • use a short video intro / CV if possible to showcase your communication skills
  • please keep email intros crisp and nicely formatted
