@See_ee_oh Get your blood report done, check if your Iron, and vitamin levels are in place. If not may be you need to take doc prescribed supplements along with good food with optimal protein intake, exercises and sleep. Coming from a girl who faced severe hair loss due to stress and poor food habits and just after few months of following this, saw a great difference. Also, rosemary oil also seemed to help alot. Also, If you are showering with very hard water, use water softners
