Best way to prepare for LLD or machine coding round

I'm preparing for LLD or machine coding rounds. It's so boring to read design patterns and code solution for a problem. I'm not enjoying it at all. Preparing for DSA / Leetcode is fun compared to this.

How do you folks prepare? Best resources, platforms to prepare for it?
