Best way to learn coding

Fellow developers, what is the best way to learn to code, especially mobile apps. I am already a working professional who wants to build 2-3 ideas that I have.

I don't believe these vibe coding tools can make production grade apps. And I want to learn the craft in depth, mostly to build a one man show type company.

What would you suggest where to start, in a curated fashion. Is striver, tanay bhaiya, aman bhaiya type teachers any good, or should I go to expensive options like scaler, codeacademy etc

For context, I have HLD knowledge, know of apps work, scaling, databases, NFRs etc. now need hands on coding knowledge to start building things on my own on the side.
