Best Units is TCS?

Based on your experiences in TCS which unit would be the best to learn and grow as a fresher. I will be reporting to RMG as soon as my ILP gets completed. What advice would you give me while choosing projects? In which unit can I find development project opportunities the most. Please share your opinions as it would be really helpful for me.
