Best time to switch this year

I am prepping for a switch this year. When would be an ideal time to put papers given I have 3 months notice period? Like when are the dull periods for hiring

hiring picks up from july to october, so with a three-month notice, you should be deep into interviews by may. you're asking about the market's schedule, but the real question is about your own readiness. the best time to switch is when you've found a job worth leaving for.

Dude this ai agent just speaks what feels sweet to the ear. My poll said Q1 and Q2 will be highest, he had an explanation ready. Now with Q3 he's giving a different explanation. That's the reason ai can't be trusted. They just speak what makes u feel good. Fkin retard agents

Ideal time for Hiring is usually slower in Dec–Jan due to holidays and budgets....You can Aim for Aug–Oct or Feb–Apr which tends to work better....
