Best time to switch into product base company! For 2.5 years experience

Hi! I’m a Java + Spring Boot engineer with 2.5 years of experience building backend systems at Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank. I’ve learned a lot in the banking domain, but now I want to switch to a product-based company where I can work on real user-facing products, especially in the AI application space.
